Selections From Still Earth - Russell Deeble, Shelton Lea, Diane Di Prima, Christopher Logue & Tom Pickard

A scarce anthology of experimental poetry published in Melbourne by Still Earth Publications in 1969. Bringing together Australian poets Russell Deeble and Shelton Lea with American Beat poet Diane di Prima and British poets Christopher Logue and Tom Pickard, this collection captures an adventurous strand of underground poetry from the late 1960s.

An important piece of Melbourne’s independent literary history, it will appeal to collectors of Beat literature, counterculture and experimental Australian poetry.
