February 2004’s Big Brother features the Australian Osiris/88 Tour, Seconds in a Minute, a Josh Falk interview and the Krux Tour, with plenty of skateboarding spread through the regular Video Reviews, Skate Flicks and Goddamn AMs sections. There’s also an Emeric Pratt interview and the intriguingly titled Shit Talking on a Rail, keeping the issue firmly rooted in Big Brother’s particular brand of skate-mag irreverence.

Away from the skating, the issue takes in 36 Crazy Fists, Ludacris and a Midget Kiss Cover Band, alongside Potpourri, CD reviews and Last Call. The cover spread has a great skatepark sequence and the whole issue captures that early-2000s Big Brother look, when the magazine was mixing serious skate photography with increasingly strange cultural side trips.
