Ten years after the original Clerks, Dante and Randal find themselves working at a fast-food restaurant after their beloved convenience store burns down. Still stuck between adulthood and adolescence, the pair spend their days arguing about pop culture, annoying customers and questioning whether they’ve actually moved forward in life. As Dante prepares for a major life change, long-buried doubts begin bubbling to the surface, forcing him to decide what he really wants.

Clerks II balances outrageous comedy with an unexpectedly heartfelt story about friendship, growing up and the fear of leaving the familiar behind. Kevin Smith revisits his most famous characters with a little more age and experience, but plenty of the sharp dialogue, filthy jokes and absurd situations that made them cult icons in the first place.
