Jetset di Street by Germes Gang is a 64‑page zine born from graffiti culture—raw, wild, and beautifully trashy. Printed in a limited run of 300 by Stolen Books in 2017, it documents the crew’s signature style: hilariously crude riffs on ’90s cartoon icons, scrawled in dripping, minimalist lines that scream “spray-can burnout.” Each spread pairs real-life street shots with clean re-draws, turning messy urban tags into ironic, anti-polish pop art.
Germes Gang started in Portugal (now roots run through Berlin), and they make graffiti that refuses to follow rules. Their goal? “Mega dirty, mega trashy… ultimate badass style” with an ironic, aggressive humor—“really bad in all senses”
In Jetset di Street, everything’s upside-down: Mickey, Snoopy, random guitars, weird mutant figures—all abused and reimagined as tired, sarcastic street zine fodder. It’s graffiti as anti-style manifesto—purposefully ugly, politically inert, but deeply fun. A filthy, dumb-smirk love letter to street chaos.
