A vibrant, mixed-discipline issue that moves smoothly between maximalist painting, destructive portraiture, punk-tattoo linework, and skate-culture storytelling. The magazine follows the usual rhythm — intro, style sheet, collector, profiles, Showstoppers, reviews, insider notes, events, Pop Life, and a closing perspective — giving each feature space to breathe without losing momentum.
Clayton Brothers bring their signature layered chaos, packed with colour, characters, and narrative fragments. Vhils contrasts that with his iconic carved-wall portraits, chiselling identity straight out of concrete. Shawn Barber and Mike Giant (as “Stuss Mac”) channel tattoo-world precision and subcultural clarity, while Natalia Fabia adds luminous, hyper-stylised scenes of nightlife and femme energy. Henry Lewis brings dark, ornate illustrative detail, and Stacy Peralta rounds out the issue with skate-film history and documentary insight. A rich, eclectic volume that captures Juxtapoz at its late-2000s peak — loud, textured, and deeply rooted in subculture.
