Loitering Is Good #7, subtitled The Vagrancy Manifestos, is a raw black-and-white zine centred on graffiti, street culture, homelessness, policing and urban life. The issue includes extensive graffiti photography and an interview with Bay Area writer Heart 101, discussing his beginnings in graffiti, writing philosophy and life on the streets.

Essays such as “Wow, Cops!”, a lengthy piece examining police treatment of homeless people, drug users and graffiti writers, alongside broader observations about poverty, public space and the criminalisation of people living outside mainstream society. The issue mixes street photography, hand-lettered pages, personal writing and political commentary into a distinctly DIY, confrontational zine.
