Necromancy - Hanged In Hässelby

Necromancy's Hanged In Hässelby collects the band's first two demos, Rites of Necromancy and Magic Alchemy Occultism, into a single cassette release steeped in raw black metal atmosphere. Issued by Unborn Productions in Norway in 2011 and limited to just 200 copies, the compilation captures the primitive spirit of underground black metal, where eerie melodies, lo-fi production and occult themes are valued far more than technical polish. Tracks such as “Black Occult Magic,” “Ritual” and “Rites of Necromancy” establish a dark ceremonial mood that feels rooted in the genre's early Scandinavian tradition.
