Porn Star Fantasies was a spinoff of the infamous Carnal Comics line, best known for publishing autobiographical and fantasized stories about real-life adult film performers in comic book form. Issue #7 of this series, like others, centers on a featured porn actress—her name appearing prominently on the cover—and unfolds her most memorable sexual adventures, dreams, or career anecdotes.

Each story is “narrated” by the star herself, giving the illusion of authenticity, while the artwork (usually very explicit) visualizes those fantasies in graphic detail.
