This Tattoo Flash–style issue is built as a three-gallery “museum” of skin art, packed with themed exhibit halls and anchored by three featured artists. James Clements opens the issue with bright, character-driven new-school work; Sean Wood follows with moodier, emotional pieces; and Mike Pucciarelli closes the artist section with his blend of cyber-strength and traditionalism. The exhibit halls expand the visual range: Exhibit Hall A explores sleek, futuristic designs; Exhibit Hall B dives into eerie, supernatural imagery; and Exhibit Hall C runs a spread of carnival-style kitsch and oddities. Departments include the usual Mail Mezzanine, a broad Flash Gallery, an Artists Directory and Future Ink, all framed in the magazine’s signature museum-curator voice. The cover model is Annie LaRue, photographed by Billy Tinney.
