Franquin: The Inter-Nation Sensation - Princess Theatre, Melbourne

A theatre booklet featuring Franquin, the stage name of Australian hypnotist and showman Francis Harry Quinn.

Franquin presents mesmerism as a form of influence distinct from hypnosis, while the hypnotism section discusses concentration, suggestibility and potential medical applications. An intriguing piece of Australian theatre ephemera for collectors of hypnotism, mentalism and vintage performance memorabilia.
