Incesticide is a compilation album by Nirvana, released in 1992, collecting rare B-sides, BBC radio sessions, compilation tracks and previously unreleased recordings from the band's early years. Spanning the raw energy of their pre-Nevermind sound through to more polished material, the album showcases the band's punk roots, melodic instincts and experimental edge. Highlights include "Sliver," "Aneurysm," "Been a Son," and cover versions of songs by Devo, The Vaselines and Wipers. Though assembled primarily to satisfy demand for hard-to-find recordings, Incesticide has become an essential companion to the band's studio albums, offering a deeper look at Nirvana's evolution and influences.
This release contains a wrap around J card and lyric booklet.
